Sycamore Hills Food & Beverage Operations continue to grow every year and include year round dining, catering parties on and off premises, and the Turning Point (in season). The culinary talents of our executive chef Bun Lim and his team are outstanding. As a way for us to ensure that the culinary world of professionals continues to grow, a culinary apprenticeship program was developed and continues to flourish. Working in conjunction with Anthis Career Center, one student a year is admitted to our program. Past students have gone on to culinary school to complete their education.
