Chef Lim has been the Executive Chef for 20 years at Sycamore Hills Golf Club. His knowledge of the culinary world is all-encompassing. Bun Lim is very creative, organized and quite accomplished. He raises the gold bar and sets the standard for award-winning culinary arts when it comes to presentation, flavor and pairing of foods. Sycamore Hills Golf Club members and their guests are truly delighted and astounded at the culinary masterpieces that Chef Lim and his staff create.

Chef Lim's consummate reputation precedes him and great things are always accomplished under his direction. Chef has been a catalyst in the local culinary environment as well. Under his creative supervision, his culinary team has won 1st place the last two years in the local Community Harvest Food Bank fundraiser, Chefs on Stage.

Chef Lim has worked with many culinary students from the Anthis Career Center as he instituted an apprenticeship program between Sycamore Hills Golf Club and the Anthis Career Center. Although Chef is involved in an extremely high stress environment, he is always able to maintain a professional composure. His passion for creative culinary excellence can be seen in every facet of our food operation.
